Inviting Team Members
Add crew members, contractors, and stakeholders to your projects:
- Navigate to the “Team” section
- Click “Invite Member”
- Enter their email address
- Assign their role and permissions
- They’ll receive an email invitation to join
Roles and Permissions

- Owner: Full access to all features and settings
- Admin: Manage projects and team members
- Project Manager: Manage assigned projects
- Member: View and update tasks
- Guest: View-only access to specific projects

- Comment on tasks and documents
- @mention team members for direct notifications
- Share updates via email or mobile push
- Create announcements for important updates
