Inviting Team Members

Add crew members, contractors, and stakeholders to your projects:

  1. Navigate to the “Team” section
  2. Click “Invite Member”
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Assign their role and permissions
  5. They’ll receive an email invitation to join

Roles and Permissions

Control what team members can see and do:

  • Owner: Full access to all features and settings
  • Admin: Manage projects and team members
  • Project Manager: Manage assigned projects
  • Member: View and update tasks
  • Guest: View-only access to specific projects

Communication

Keep everyone informed with built-in communication tools:

  • Comment on tasks and documents
  • @mention team members for direct notifications
  • Share updates via email or mobile push
  • Create announcements for important updates

Managing Contractors

Work seamlessly with external contractors and subcontractors:

  • Invite contractors as project guests
