No. BuildWorks is cloud-based and works in any web browser. We also offer mobile apps for iOS and Android for on-site access.

Can I try before buying?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.

Projects & Features

How many projects can I manage?

The Starter plan includes up to 5 active projects. Professional and Enterprise plans support unlimited projects.

Can I work offline?

Yes, the mobile app allows you to view and update project data offline. Changes sync automatically when you’re back online.

Does BuildWorks integrate with other tools?

Yes, we integrate with popular accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), calendars (Google, Outlook), and file storage (Dropbox, Google Drive).

Team & Collaboration

How many team members can I add?

The Starter plan includes 10 team members. Professional and Enterprise plans support unlimited team members.

Can I invite contractors and clients?

Yes, you can invite contractors and clients as project guests with view-only or limited access.

How do permissions work?

You can assign different roles (Owner, Admin, Project Manager, Member, Guest) with varying levels of access to features and data.

Billing & Support

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and ACH transfers for annual plans.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What support do you offer?

All plans include email support. Professional plans get priority support, and Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager.

Is my data secure?

Who owns my data?

You do. Your data is always yours, and you can export it at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF).

Do you backup my data?

Yes, we perform automated daily backups with 30-day retention. Enterprise plans can request custom backup schedules.
